Accounts
Firms with satisfactory credit ratings by the Jewelers' Board of Trade will be shipped instantly on open account. If you are not rated by the above and wish to open a Cas-Ker account, we will send you a credit application. You must supply at least three trade references and your bank name. Please allow 30 days for approval upon receipt of signed application.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with any order when it arrives, you may return it for a prompt exchange or refund. Please include a copy of the invoice and reason for return. No returns accepted after 15 days, or on any special order items. Returned items must be in sellable condition.
Shipping
Currently shipping to U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. International customers should contact us for a quotation before ordering (minimum international order US$350.00, shipped via UPS only). Most items are shipped the same day the order is recieved. Back ordered merchandise is shipped as soon as it is available. Additional shipping is not charged on back orders. Items not normally stocked by Cas-Ker must be special ordered. These items are not returnable and subject to additional shipping charges.
